What is a Trackster Label?
In Technology terms . . . on our file sharing platform, a "Label" is a privately-branded account that lets an administrator invite all sorts of different people in (and kick them out). The admin can determine who gets access to what audio files and mixes as well. Some participants come into the Label to make music, some to make it sound better; some to offer Services, for a fee, e.g. orchestra, bagpipes, mixing, mastering.
Artistically, a Label is a gang of like-minded people. Fiercely loyal and single-minded. Labels start out pure. There's usually a cutting edge visionary who is most responsible for determining the Label's artistic direction and aesthetic.
What's Trackster's main reason for being in business?
We see the opportunity to build a secure, exclusive and proprietary Music Creation Platform that brings together more elusive (1) Influencers, (2) Investors, (3) Music Geniuses and (4) Music Fanatics. We believe these four (4) special groups - properly connected - are what make world famous Music Labels.
Trackster is where these four groups meet to fund, record and monetize timeless, commercial-quality music; and to make formal agreements up front on rights, distribution strategy and who gets paid what.
Is there a limit to how much $$ can I make on your Platform?
Nope. You can potentially earn a lot. Whether you're the Scene Influencer, or a Music Fanatic promoting the Label, there are endless financial Scenarios on our site showing every participant's potential earnings.

How do Music Pros make money on Trackster?
Trackster Labels are funded up front, so all work on the Platform is paid up front. As well, pros can get shares in Labels as well as multiple contacts with other Label Owners.
How do Investors make money on Trackster?
Investor come to Trackster to 'Invest in Labels'. Anyone can invest in a myriad of Labels for a myriad of reasons. To support Artists. To support a Charity. To make great returns.
