How it works.

Trackster is a premium online recording service for guitarists. Trackster gives the guitarist a wide selection of 100% real guitar tones, generated by classic amplifiers and captured in professional recording studios using tried and true techniques and equipment.

To use Trackster's recording service, simply register with your own user id and password. It's free to register. Then follow the steps below to get great tone for your guitar tracks. Top

Capture a guitar track using the analog-to-digital method of your choice. It is best to create a direct input (DI) track or "dry" track. Top

Log in to your accout, go to your Track List and upload your DI guitar track file. Top

Browse or search our collection of tone samples based on musical genre, pickup type and pickup position. Select the sample tone you think will work best for your track and click "Order". Top

Select one of your guitar tracks to go with the tone you want for your recording. Your track will be sent to the studio to be recorded using the amp tone you requested. Top

You will receive an e-mail when your track has been recorded and is ready for pickup. Sign in to your Trackster account and access the track under your Track List. Listen to it, share it, save it and download it - it's up to you. Top
